2021 Junior Board and Senior Coordinator Roles

    Thank you for your interest in helping the club in 2021. There are 4 new roles being introduced, the role descriptions are detailed below.
    Mens/Womens coordinator
    -individual grading of players to suit GCHA requirements
    -Liaise with coaches about team selections
    -first point of contact for any player disputes
    -release team lists each week to relevant fb pages
    -assist treasurer with chasing fees
    -track player games for finals etc and relay to coaches

    Junior board
    -select junior teams where there is 2 in same division (ie u11)
    -oversee and assist junior coaches
    -organise junior presentation day
    -enforce player equality across all age groups, all players to be involved in games/training equally
    -Junior coordinator to head the committee, 2 more positions required to form board
    -track player games for finals etc and relay to coaches
