It is with pleasure that we inform you of a wonderful achievement attained by one of our long standing , much loved Mudgee members.

Trevor Johnston is receiving a Daph Pirie OA MBE Spirit of Sport medal, awarded by the Gold Coast Sporting Hall of Fame Management Committee. Below are the criteria and Trevor displays them all.

•  Involvement over a period of time, ideally in a voluntary capacity
• Made a real and measurable difference to their sport or sport generally
• Positively affected their sport and the participants of that sport
• Exhibited selflessness, courage, dedication and commitment to the advancement of their chosen sport, sport in general and the individual participants
• As a minimum, represented the State as an athlete and/or in an administrative role but has a strong affiliation with the Gold Coast.

CONGRATULATIONS TJ. Mudgee is very proud of you and thanks you for all your  hard work and dedication to our club.
