Greetings All and Welcome to the 2012 Season
Registration is NOW available online!
Please read this entire section before registering.
This year for the first time you are now be able to complete your registration online. This is a simple process that will only take a couple of minutes of your time.
- If you played for Mudgeeraba in 2009 - 2011 seasons DO NOT register as a new player. You will be required to enter your Sporting Pulse/Australian registration number and password.
- To have this username and password sent to you please click the appropriate button on the online registration page and use the email address you registered with last year.
(If you have changed your email since then or do not receive the username or password please email registrar@mudgeehockey.com for assistance).
- For existing players, once you enter your username/password information entered last year will be pre-filled. Please ensure all relevant information is updated/completed before hitting confirm.
- No payment is required at the time of registration (if completing online) however your registration will not be validated until full or part payment has been made to the club.
NOTE: For all players under 18 years of age at time of registration including Juniors that will be playing seniors only. A separate parent/guardian consent form will be distributed via your team Manager. This form MUST be completed and returned to your Coach or Manager by the first fixture game.
