Mudgee Hockey NEEDS YOU!!!

Your hockey club is having the Annual General Meeting this Saturday, 22nd November, 2008 at 1pm.

All members, parents and supportors of Mudgeeraba Hockey Club are required to arrive early at the meeting room - Lion's Den, Mudgeeraba Memorial Hall, 61 Railway Street, Mudgeeraba (Tandy Real Estate building) 

Go up the stairs and follow the veranda around to the left and the meeting room is at the back of the beautiful 'old queenslander' .

Our Hockey club urgently requires your support to continue through to next season and beyond.

This meeting is very important for the club to continue to provide hockey teams for  junior players, elite & social players and the veteran age groups. 

An executive committee needs to be formed for the 2009 season, along with coaches and team treasurers/managers for our 6 senior teams and 10 junior teams. 

Please volunteer taking on a role within our various committees such as:-

 Executive Committee:- President, Junior Co-ordinator, Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Registrar -  Membership accounts and registrations

Assistant Secretary - Gold Coast City Council Co-ordination

Assistant Treasurer - QuickBooks programme

Grants Co-ordinator

Club Coaching & Selecting

Club Umpiring

or perhaps you can assist by taking on a role as:-

Uniform Convenor

Equipment Officer

Turf Liaison Officer e.g. training times and game co-ordination

Social & fundraising committee

Hook in2Hockey Programme Organizer

InSchool Hockey Co-ordinator

Team Treasurer/Managers

Web Master

Meeting representatives are required at Gold Coast Hockey meetings of committees such as:- Junior & Senior Competitions, Umpire Meetings, President Meetings.
